BE IT KNOWN, the HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS COURT of PARKER COUNTY, TEXAS, will convene in a SPECIAL MEETING at 9:00 A.M. on WEDNESDAY the 9th day of APRIL 2008 in the COMMISSIONER COURTROOM on the FIRST FLOOR of the COURTHOUSE, ONE COURTHOUSE SQUARE, WEATHERFORD, TEXAS,
TO CONSIDER, DISCUSS AND/OR ACT UPON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS:
1. Pipeline permit :
a. Barnett Gathering, L.P. for road crossings under the following roads in Precinct #1: Cardinal Road, Ladybird Lane. (Commissioner Choate)
b. Enbridge Pipelines (North Texas)L.P., to bore under and lay a pipeline in the following County Road Right-of-Way in Precinct # 2: Cabaniss Lane

2. Preliminary Plat Cancellation:
a. Peaster Creek Ranch, a subdivision located on the west side of FM 920 in Peaster in Precinct # 2, approved November 28, 2007. (Commissioner Brinkley)
3. Preliminary plat:
a. Parkway Addition a subdivision located on the north side of Young Road in Precinct #1. (Commissioner Choate)
b. Flamik Addition, a subdivision located off Hwy 1189, in Precinct #3.

4. Replat:
a. Approval to begin process for Lot 17R in the subdivision known as Deer Butte Ranchos located in Precinct #1. (Commissioner Choate)
5. Final Plat:

6. Public Notification:

b. Precinct # 2 will push fence row to improve visibility and drainage at the following location: 1). 4401 Advance Road for approximately 2,500 feet on the west side of Advance Road. (Commissioner Brinkley)
7. Review:
a. H.B. 1445 regarding ETJ agreements with individual cities for and set process for future determination of agreements. (Judge Riley)
