The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Friday 05-20-11 and Monday 05-23-11.

05-20-11, 900 Charles St, a complainant reported that on 05-19-11 between 8am and 12pm an unknown suspect had stolen an I-phone from his daughter’s locker at the Shirley Hall Middle School.

05-21-11, 1100 W. Park Ave, a complainant reported that in the past two and half weeks unknown suspect(s) had removed a 14’x64’ Champion mobile home that was being stored at the parking lot located behind the Truck and Travel Store.

05-21-11, 2200 Country Brook Dr, a complainant reported that between 1pm and 2pm an unknown suspect was witnessed stealing several bundles of roofing shingles from the driveway of a residence.

05-21-11, 100 I-20 East, an employee of Target reported that at approx 2:20pm store employees witnessed two female suspects leaving the store without paying for several items of clothing. The suspects were stopped and detained by store personnel who then contacted the Police. Upon arrival Officers arrested the suspects and charged them with theft over $50.00 under $500.00.

02-21-11, 200 E. Spring St, an employee of Albertson’s reported that at approx 6pm store employees observed a female suspect attempting to leave the business with a basket full of store items she had not purchased. The complainant reported that when the suspect was confronted she left the basket and fled into the parking lot where she got into a waiting vehicle driven by another female subject. The vehicle fled the area before Police arrived.

Criminal Mischief:
05-22-11, 1400 Lexington Dr, a complainant representing the Family Church reported that between 3pm 05-21-11 and 10am 05-22-11 unknown suspect(s) had damaged a window A/C unit by breaking the plastic seal in an apparent attempt to removed the unit from a the church window.

05-22-11, 1100 Ft Worth Hwy, a complainant reported that between 10pm 05-21-11 and 2am 05-22-11 unknown suspect(s) had damaged a vehicle scratching the paint with a sharp object and pouring an unknown white substance on the hood of the vehicle.

Burglary of a Building:
05-20-11, 600 Palo Pinto St, an employee of MTA Smoke Shop reported that between 4am and 8am unknown suspect(s) had forced open the front door of the business and entered without consent. The complainant advised that once inside of the store the suspect(s) stole approx 395 cartons of cigarettes.
