CONSENT AGENDA

Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the City Administrator to implement each item in accordance with the staff recommendation.

1. Public hearing on a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for Aledo Town Village Block 1, Lots 1 & 2 on a .513 acre tract, being located at LR Fawks Survey, Abstract 483, and a portion of the Original Town of Aledo, Block 1, Lots 1 & 2, located in the City of Aledo, Parker County, Texas.

COUNCIL AND STAFF COMMENTS

EXECUTIVE SESSION

30. The City Council for the City of Aledo, Texas, will convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 to discuss the following:

551.07l CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY – SEEK ADVICE REGARDING PENDING OR CONTEMPLATED LITIGATION, A SETTLEMENT OFFER, OR ON A MATTER IN WHICH THE DUTY OF THE ATTORNEY TO THE GOVERNMENTAL BODY UNDER THE TEXAS DISCIPLINARY RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF THE STATE BAR OF TEXAS CLEARLY CONFLICTS WITH THIS CHAPTER, NAMELY:

a) State Office of Administrative Hearings Docket No. 582-06-0947, TCEQ Docket No. 2005-1531-UCR – Application of the City of Willow Park to Transfer CCN Nos. 12027 and 20849 from Deer Creek Waterworks, Inc., and to Amend Willow Park CCN Nos. 11814 and 20773.

b) State Office of Administrative Hearings Docket No. 582-07-3998; TCEQ Docket No. 2007-0020-MWD: Application by the City of Aledo for an amendment to TPDES Permit No. WQ0010847001.
