PLAT AGENDA

BE IT KNOWN, the HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS COURT of PARKER COUNTY, TEXAS, will convene in a SPECIAL MEETING at 9:00 A.M. on WEDNESDAY the 12th day of MARCH 2008 in the COMMISSIONER COURTROOM on the FIRST FLOOR of the COURTHOUSE, ONE COURTHOUSE SQUARE, WEATHERFORD, TEXAS,

TO CONSIDER, DISCUSS AND/OR ACT UPON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS:

1. Approval of replat of:
a. Lots #12 and #13 in a subdivision known as Live Oak Hills located in Precinct #1.

b. Lots 7H and 8H in a subdivision known as Apache Flats located on Airport Road at bridge crossing
Burgess Creek in Precinct # 4. (Commissioner Webster) PUBLIC HEARING
c. Lots 2R and 3R in a subdivision known as Younger Ranch located south of FM1886 and
east of FM3325 in Precinct # 4. (Commissioner Webster)PUBLIC HEARING

2. Approval of Final Plat for:
a. Linhart Woods, a subdivision in Precinct #2, located on the north side of Zion Hill Loop approximately 2 miles east of Zion Hill Road. (Commissioner Brinkley)

3. Release Maintenance Bond on:
a. Highland Ranch Estates, a subdivision located off Kelly Road and McClendon Walker Road in Precinct # 4 and accept into county maintenance the following roads: Jessica Drive, Katie Way and Tara Lane. (Commissioner Webster)
b. Greenlee Business Park, a subdivision located in Precinct #3. (Commissioner Roth)

4. Approval of preliminary plat for:
a. McDavid Springs, a subdivision located five miles south of I-20 on FM 5, in Precinct #4. (Commissioner Webster)
b. Five Aces at Bear Creek, a subdivision located approximately 1 mile east of the intersection of Savage Lane and Bear Creek Road, in Precinct #4. (Commissioner Webster)

5. Accept the following roads into county maintenance in Precinct #3: Sanchez Park Trail. (Commissioner Roth)

6. Signed Interlocal agreement from Brock ISD. (Commissioner Roth)

7. Notification that Precinct #3 will be on private property to improve visibility at the following location:
a. 511 Lution Drive for approximately 250 feet on the south side of Lution Drive

8. Accept pipeline permit from:
a. Southwestern Gas Pipeline Inc. for a road crossing under the following road located in Precinct #1:
Gilliland Road. (Commissioner Choate)
b. Crosstex North Texas Gathering L.P. for a road crossing under the following road located in Precinct #1: Reese Lane. (Commissioner Choate)
