The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department Friday 05-13-11 and Monday 05-16-11.

Theft:
05-13-11, 300 S. Alamo St, a complainant reported that between 3:30pm and 4:30pm an unknown suspect had stolen a bicycle that was left unattended near the basketball courts at Cherry Park.

05-15-11, 1200 S. Main St, a complainant reported that at approx midnight she mistakenly left her pursue at Whataburger after dining there. The complainant reported that she returned to the location within a few minutes and discovered that someone had taken the purse without her consent.

05-15-11, 225 E. Spring St, an employee of Albertson’s reported that on 05-15-11 at 3pm a known male suspect attempted to leave the store without paying for a food items. The suspect was detained and later issued a citation for theft under $50.00.

Criminal Mischief:
05-14-11, 300 Love St, at 11pm an Officer on patrol discovered that unknown suspect(s) had damaged the public restrooms at the city park by kicking holes in the exterior walls.

05-14-11, 300 Beaumont Dr, a complainant reported that between 6pm 05-13-11 and noon 05-14-11 unknown suspect(s) had damaged a vehicle by breaking the rear window with an unknown type object.

Forgery:
05-13-11, 400 Santa Fe Dr, an employee of Mr. C’s reported that during business on 05-12-11an unknown suspect had passed a counterfeit twenty dollar bill to the business for purchase of merchandise.

Harassment:
05-13-11, 2100 Quail Ridge Dr, a complainant reported that between 05-10-11 and 05-13-11 she had received numerous harassing text messages and phone call from an unknown suspect.

Assault:
05-14-11, 200 S. Hill Dr, a complainant reported that during a dispute and argument with her spouse she was assaulted when he slapped her on the face with an open hand. No injuries were reported due to the assault.
