From the Parker County District Attorney's Office
Yesterday a Parker County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging former Parker County Sheriff’s Deputy Seth Miller with Felony Theft of $1500 or more, but less than $20,000.00.
The indictment contains allegations that Miller engaged in a series of thefts between January and March of this year from a benefit fund established for the wife and child of Rusty Arnold, a Parker County Sheriff’s Deputy who passed away following a traffic accident in December of 2010.
According to District Attorney Don Schnebly, the case will be assigned to one of the two district courts in Parker County, Texas, where court proceedings should commence by early next month.
