Phyllis Jean Hoy

Phyllis was born April 8, 1937 in Washington, PA to John and Hilda Krocker.

Phyllis was a loving wife of 55 years, a grandmother of four, aunt of to 27 nieces and nephews and dear friend of many. She was an active member of the Extension Homemakers club of Lake Weatherford and a dedicated parent in many of her children’s activities as they were growing up.

Survivors include husband, Phil Hoy of Weatherford, daughters, Sherry Hoy and Michael Jarvis of Chicago, Brenda Hoy and Fiancé Tim Stephens of Hudson Oaks, Debora Hoy and Ron Roark of Hudson Oaks, son, Phillip Hoy Jr. and Lola of Hudson Oaks, brothers, Conrad Krocker of Redding, CA, Gerald Krocker of Gardnerville, NV, Richard Krocker of Crestline, CA, Edward Krocker of Bullhead City, AZ, grandchildren, Sarah, Emily, Whitney and Hannah.
