The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Friday 04-15-11 and Monday 04-18-11.

04-17-11, 2700 White Settlement Rd, a complainant reported that between 8pm 04-16-11 and 11am 04-17-11 unknown suspect(s) had taken three deer ornaments from the yard of the residence.

Criminal Mischief:
04-18-11, 1900 S. Main St, an employee of Zee’s Tobacco reported that at approx 1:40am unknown suspect(s) had damaged the front glass door of the business by apparently hitting the door with a blunt object.

Endangering a Child:
04-17-11, 300 Love St, at approx 11:50am Officers were dispatched to Love St Park in reference to a reckless driver. Upon arrival Officers discovered a vehicle driving in an unsafe manner. Officers stopped the vehicle and discovered that the vehicle was being operated by an eleven year old child and occupied by two other children with an adult male riding in the rear passenger seat. Through further investigation it was determined that the adult male was allowing the child to operate the vehicle in a reckless manner. The suspect was detained and charged with Endangering a Child/ Criminal Negligence.

Aggravated Assault:
04-16-11, 100 N. Dubellette St, at approx 10:30pm Officers were dispatched to 100 N. Dubellette St, in reference to a shots heard call. Upon arrival in the area Officers located a victim who reported that during a disturbance with several known suspects she was shot at as she was trying to flee the residence. The complainant reported that she was not injured but her vehicle was struck by several bullets as she was leaving the scene. The case is currently under investigation.

04-15-11, 200 I-20 West, a complainant reported that following a driving dispute on Tin Top Rd, the driver of the other vehicle stopped at the intersection of Tin Top and I-20 and approached his vehicle. The complainant reported that the male suspect punched him once in the face with a closed fist. The complainant reported minor injuries due to the assault.

04-17-11, 1200 Keechi St, a complainant reported that during a disturbance with her son she was assaulted when he grabbed her by the neck and pushed her. No injuries were reported by the complainant.
