The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Tuesday 04-12-11 and Wednesday 04-13-11.

Theft:
04-12-11, 1300 Dicey Rd, a complainant reported that between 04-07-11 and 04-12-11 known suspects had entered into a vacant residence without permission and stole appliances consisting of a gas stove, refrigerator, clothes washer and clothes dryer.

Hindering Secured Creditors:
04-12-11, 200 Palo Pinto St, an employee of First National Bank of Weatherford reported that a known suspect had borrowed funds on several items of equipment, including a tractor and a semi truck tractor and then failed to meet his required payments. The complainant advised that upon further investigation it is believed that the suspect has taken the equipment out of the State and cannot be located by Bank employees.

Burglary of a Vehicle:
04-12-11, 1800 S. Main St, a complainant reported that while her vehicle was parked in a business parking lot at 1836 S. Main St an unknown suspect entered into the vehicle without permission and stole her purse and prescription medication.

04-12-11, 100 E. Spring St, a complainant reported that on 04-11-11 at approx 3pm while her vehicle was parked in the 100blk of E Spring St an unknown suspect entered into her vehicle without consent and stole her purse.

Assault:
04-12-11, 1400 Ft Worth Hwy, a complainant reported that on 04-11-11 during an argument and disturbance with her husband she was assaulted when he struck her twice in the head with a closed fist. During the investigation of this report Officers located the suspect and he was detained for Assault Family Violence.

04-11-11, 1200 N. Main St, Officers were called to a residence in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, the victim and reporting person advised that his juvenile daughter had struck him with a closed fist twice in the face, and that she was out of control. The juvenile resisted Officers that attempted to detain her, and in the commission of doing so, assaulted a Police Officer. The juvenile was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Violence; Resisting Arrest; and Assault Causing Bodily Injury on Police Officer. The juvenile suspect was transported to the Hood County Regional Juvenile Detention Center.

04-12-11, 200 Guinevere St, a complainant reported that during an argument and dispute with her boyfriend he assaulted her by striking her on the head knocking her to the floor and then dragging her on the floor. The victim report minor injuries due the assault.
