Weatherford ISD Volunteers Are World Class

Weatherford ISD appreciates its volunteers! In partnership with all of the school campuses, volunteers provide valuable services to the District which ultimately contributes to success. Last year, over 2,300 volunteers donated more than 55,500 hours to WISD campuses.

In celebration of National Volunteer Appreciation Week, Weatherford ISD extends a personal invitation for others to become a part of the Weatherford ISD Volunteer Program. There are several opportunities for volunteering at WISD campuses including:

• Campus workrooms

• Libraries

• Mentors/Tutors

• Room moms/dads

• Watch Dog Dads program

• PTAs, Booster Clubs

• Field trips

• Campus or District Improvement Teams
• Special events, such as prom
