Cattle Branding and Cowboy Cookin’

The Squaw Creek Cattle Company will hold their annual Calf Branding and Cowboy Cookin’ event beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday, May 7. Cowboys on horseback will work the calves, coffee and biscuits cooked over the campfire will be served, and lunch will be served beginning about 10:30 a.m. All are welcome. Take FM5 to Muir Lane. Drive 3/10 mile on Muir Lane and turn left on Savage Road for 1.1 miles, then turn left onto Bear Creek Road. Drive 1.6 miles and the ranch entrance will be on the left.
