2. Approval of the Regular City Council Meeting Minutes for August 23, 2007.
3. Receive a report, hold a discussion and provide staff direction/take action on
adopting a policy for public safety personnel compensation.

1. Public Hearing
Regarding amending Ordinance 2001-02, being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Hudson Oaks; Creating a Zoning Category for Aviation (Airpark) related residential

2. Public Hearing
On request for approval from Parker Oaks L.P. for re-zoning from Single Family-32
(SF-32) to Single Family 1 Airpark (SF-1AP) on Block 3, Lots 1-24 being in the
Parker Oaks Subdivision, City of Hudson Oaks, Parker County, Texas. (1 of 1 action required)

3. Public Hearing:
On the Fiscal Year 2008 Budget (1 of 1 action required)

E. ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION

1. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and provide staff direction/take action regarding amending Ordinance 2001-02, being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Hudson
Oaks; Creating a Zoning Category for Aviation (Airpark) related residential
development.

2. Receive a report, hold a discussion and provide staff direction/take action on a
request for approval from Parker Oaks L.P. for re-zoning from Single Family-32
(SF-32) to Single Family 1 Airpark (SF-1AP) on Block 3, Lots 1-24 being in the
Parker Oaks Subdivision, City of Hudson Oaks, Parker County, Texas.

3. Receive a report, hold a discussion and provide staff direction/take action on a
request from Parker Oaks L. P. for approval of a re-plat, on a 24.57 acre tract of
land, Parker Oaks Phase I & II, Block 3, Lots 1R-24R, being a re-plat of Lots 1-11,
Block 3, Parker Oaks Phase I and Lots 12-24, Block 3, Parker Oaks Phase II, City
of Hudson Oaks, Parker County, Texas.

4. Receive a report, hold a discussion and provide staff direction on entering into an
Agreement with the Survey Research Center of the University of North Texas for
completion of a citizen survey.

5. Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action on appointing a member to the
Parker County Utility District #1

6. Receive a report, hold a discussion and provide staff direction/take action on
fiscal year 2007 budget adjustments and adopting an ordinance for the fiscal year
2008 budget

7. Receive a report, hold a discussion and provide staff direction/take action on
adopting an ordinance regarding teen curfew within the Hudson Oaks city limits

F. EXECUTIVE SESSION - Pursuant to Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, the
Council reserves the right to convene in Executive Session(s), from time to time as
deemed necessary during this meeting to receive legal advice from its attorney on any
posted agenda item as permitted by law, or to discuss the following:
