The Aledo ISD Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten Roundup for 2011-2012 is under way and will continue through Friday, March 25.
Registration will be available for Pre-K/K students from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Extended hours on Tuesday go until 6 p.m.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR REGISTRATION:
Proof of Residency (i.e., electric bill, lease agreement)
Social Security Card
Current Immunization Records
PRE-K REGISTRATION – To be eligible for enrollment in a pre-kindergarten class, a child must be at least four years of age as of September 1, 2011, and must be either unable to speak and comprehend the English language or from a family whose income is at or below subsistence.
To determine eligibility for students who do not speak and comprehend the English language, a home language survey and an oral proficiency instrument will be administered. Eligibility for a student who comes from a family whose annual income is at or below subsistence will be based on the same formula used to qualify students for free or reduced-price lunches. Verification of income (current pay stub) will be required as well as proof of residency, (i.e., electric bill), birth certificate, social security card, and current immunization records.
