Gerard SpataroGerard SpataroMr. Spataro was self employed, member of the Catholic Church and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He attended New York Phoenix, a subsidiary of NYU, loved to read, fish and enjoyed drawing cartoons as he was an art major but most of all enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren who knew him as “Grumpa”.
The family would like to express thanks to all the doctors, nurses and staff at the UT Southwestern Medical Center for their extended care provided to him during his two heart transplants.
Survivors include his wife, Marsha Spataro of Weatherford, daughters Cathy Aleff and husband Clinton of Weatherford and Lori Barton and husband Ryan of Weatherford, along with his four grandchildren: Kenzi, Gage, Avery, and Kade.
