Parker County 4-H will be hosting the Parker County 4-H Adventure Camp March 16-18 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. This camp is open to youth ages 8-12 and will cost $35/camper to participate. Join us for three fun filled mornings where campers will take part in fishing demonstrations, knot tying, wildlife ID, and hands on activities and crafts. Campers will test their abilities in the Animal Olympics by going toe to toe, wing to wing and hoof to hoof against wildlife found in Texas. They will learn new skills and safety practices that will be useful on camping and fishing trips, the impact of the footprints they leave in nature and how to explore their own backyards. Spaces are limited; your spot will be reserved once payment is received. Feel free to stop by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service of Parker County to sign up at 604 North Main, Ste. 200, Weatherford, Texas. For any questions call 817.598.6172. Educational programs of Texas AgriLife Extension Service are open to all people without regard to race, color, sex, disability, religion, age, or national origin. The Texas A&M University System, U.
