Kristi Leann Yeathermon, 47, the loving daughter of Peggy and the late Bill Yeathermon, passed away Sunday February 6, 2011 in an Arlington hospital due to complications and a long twelve year battle with Spastic Idiopathic Para Paresis and Myasthenia Gravis. Born December 11, 1963 in Arlington, Kristi was a life long resident of Tarrant County and a member of the Baptist Church. She had a passion for children which led her to become a preschool teacher where she was able to share her love, kindness and sweet spirit with children. Kristi also enjoyed her 20 year tenure working part time for AMC Theaters. Due to Kristi’s new found medical problems, she had to quit the two jobs she loved so dearly and took on a new job at a physician’s answering service. She is preceded in death by her father Bill Yeathermon, maternal grandmother, Elsie Wilson and Paternal Grandparents, L.B. and Magdelena Yeathermon. Kristi is survived by her loving mother, Peggy Yeathermon of Weatherford; sister, Kimberly Pavuk of North Richland Hills; brother, Cary Yeathermon of Weatherford; nieces, Heather, Carmon and Katy; nephews, Cary Jr., Patrick and Ricky; great nieces; Haylee and Lynsie; great nephews, Dakota, Coby, Caleb and Mika; maternal aunts and uncles, Paul and James Wilson, Barbara Oller, Brenda Peoples and Sherry Underwood; paternal uncles, Gary Yeathermon and wife Charlotte, Larry and Mike Yeathermon. Graveside: 2PM, Friday, February 11, 2011 in the Old Arlington Cemetery with – officiating. The Yeathermon family would like to sincerely thank Community Hospice located in Arlington Memorial Hospital along with all the nursing staff of the hospital that showed their care and compassion to Kristi during her last and most difficult six weeks.
