Leah Vann a freshman sprinter made Varsity
Leah Vann, a freshman made Varsity as a sprinter. She is the only girl to do so. She made her debut last week-end at Weatherford. Runnning tomorrow at Springtown. Her Dad was an All American out of Calif. He ran for Cal Berkeley on scholarship.
Leah Vann Varsity not JV!!!!
How could you mistake Leah Vann for JV on page 7. She is a freshman but I emailed you and gave you some background. It is certainly insulting as she has trained for years to make varsity and did run in the varsity relay not JV. Sheis the only freshman girl to make varsity and has waited for years for this moment. Moreover, she has waited and been excited for her debut in your paper and you listed her as JV. She hit a 13.2 in 100M last week and will again run next Friday at Aledo March 26th for the VARSITY:) Please correct your March 19th print, page 7:(

Aledo track Meet March 26th
Can we maybe get a new picture from the right meet with the right info on Leah? The picture you took was from Weatherford and the data wrong as she is VARSITY and her jump you mentioned was from the POJO Relays.
????
Thanks,
