The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Thursday 02-03-11 and Friday 02-04-11.

Theft:
02-03-11, 1800 S. Main St, an employee of Murphy USA reported that at approx 5pm an unknown male suspect drove off without paying for $60.00 worth of gasoline.

Criminal Mischief:
02-03-11, 2700 White Settlement Rd, a complainant reported that between 01-31-11 and 02-02-11 unknown suspect(s) had damaged a house that is under construction by apparently shooting several windows with a BB gun.

Assault:
02-03-11, 1500 Dicey Rd, a complainant reported that during an argument with her ex-boyfriend she was assaulted when he attempted to strangle her and shoved her into a wall. The complainant reported only minor injuries due to the assault.
