The North Texas Gluten Intolerance Group will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 5 at North Richland Hills Church of Christ, 6300 NE Loop 820, in N. Richland Hills. A Celiac 101 class for newly diagnosed starts at 9 a.m. Please pre-register for it by emailing email@example.com. Guest speaker is Anna Sobaski, who is the owner of Breads from Anna, a line of gluten-free baking mixes. She is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health Chefs Training Program in NYC. As a celiac and type one diabetic, she lives with many of the same challenges as her customers.
