REGULAR MEETING
CITY OF ANNETTA NORTH
April 10, 2007

The Annetta North City Council will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Annetta Methodist Church, Farm Road 5, Annetta, Texas on Tuesday April 10, 2007. This is an open meeting, open to the public, subject to the open meeting laws of the State of Texas.

1. Call to Order

2. Discussion concerning possible amendments to the zoning code (Ordinance # 2003-1) with regard to nonconforming uses and creation of subsection to allow for specific use permits for nonconforming uses locations, and additional amendments regarding nonconforming lot sizes. 2) Discussion and possible regarding Resolution 2007-2- A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN ANNETTA NORTH, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A POLICY OF DEVELOPMENT AND COMPREHENSIVE GOALS.

3. Discussion and possible action regarding canceling of May 12, 2007 City Council Election Ordinance 2007-4

4. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2007-1 adopting a policy establishing the time period for which conflict disclosure statements and conflict of interest questionnaires required by chapter 176 of the local government code shall be posted to the city’s internet website.

5. Discussion and possible action regarding dumping of trash at the corner of Fm 5 & the southeast corner of Quail Ridge Road. Alderman McKee.

6. Discussion and possible action concerning four (4) city merger of The Annetta’s with Hudson Oaks . Workshop Thursday May 3, 2007, 7:00 p.m. at Annetta City Hall.

7. Discussion and possible action regarding “Morgan Manor” water line into city limits.

8. Discussion and possible action regarding roads in City of Annetta North.

9. Discussion and possible action regarding letter to realtor Carrie Coy concerning Annetta North ETJ
