Hearings scheduled on multi-family zoning

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Willow Park Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 13, 2010 at 6:30 P.M. at the City of Willow Park Municipal Complex at 516 Ranch House Road, Willow Park Texas for the purpose of revising or amending Chapter 12 “ZONING Regulations”, Article 12.500 “USE RESTRICTIONS AND ZONING REGULATIONS” and in particular Section 12.506 “R-3 Multi Family District”. A proposed change to the zoning regulations will be considered.  Members of the public are encouraged to attend the hearings and express their views.
