Ladycats reach No. 10 in new Class 4A TGCA volleyball poll

First-place Ladycats continue District 5-4A play at home today

For the first time in 2010, the Aledo Ladycats have cracked the Top 10 in the Texas Girls Coaches Association volleyball poll.

The Ladycats are one of four teams from Region I to earn a spot in the top 10 including No. 4 The Colony, No. 5 Canyon Randall and No. 7 Dumas.

The Ladycats (27-8, 9-0 in 5-4A) lead District 5-4A by two matches and will host Brewer today (Tuesday, Oct. 12) as district action continues at the AHS gym. First serve is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
