The Aledo ISD Ex-Students’ Association will hold its annual banquet on Saturday, Sept. 30 in the Aledo Middle School Cafetorium. Students in grades 6-8 who are interested in learning what Colorguard is all about are invited to an informational meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13 in the Aledo Middle School Band Hall. The Aledo High School Class of 2019 will post a Texas Hold ‘Em and corn hole tournament will take place at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27 at the Parker County Sheriff’s Posse, 2251 Mineral Wells Hwy. in Weatherford.
Dinner will be at 6:30 p.m. and the tournament will start at 7:30.
Cost is $75 for one player, $125 for two, or $500 for a table of eight. Spectators can attend for $25.

The award-winning Aledo band program, from grades 6-12, will provide the entertainment at Bid the Sound dinner and auction at 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3 in the Aledo High School cafeteria.
In addition to dinner provided by Alex’s Pizza and Pasta, there will be silent and live auctions. The menu includes baked ziti, salad, bread, dessert, and drink. A vegetarian option is also available.
