Special Needs Expo

The Aledo ISD will host its second annual Special Needs Expo from 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday, July 21 at the Don Daniel Ninth Grade Campus. The event is designed to connect families with special needs to the resources available.
Services and Waiver Lists will be presented by Molly Mabery and Allen Gould, Pecan Valley Centers for Behavioral and Developmental Healthcare. Exhibitors include Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS); Soraya Joslin, Attorney, Guardianship; Weatherford College; Easter Seals of North Texas; Catholic Charities; ARC of Texas; Special Olympics Delegation of Parker County; ECI (Early Childhood Intervention); Pecan Valley Centers and Texas Lions Camp.
Free childcare for Aledo ISD students with special needs is available, and a Spanish interpreter will be on site. Attendees must pre-register for those services. To register, or for questions, email Glenna Loftin at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 817-441-5199.
