Step Up Scale Down online classes
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will offer “Step Up Scale Down,” a 12-week weight management program to help you reach your new year goals to live and eat healthier, beginning Jan. 8. All classes will be online.
Step Up Scale Down online will be self-paced and will feature new interactive lessons each week that will help you move toward a healthier weight. The classes will empower you to meet your goals for living a healthy lifestyle.
The Step Up and Scale Down program is based on the USDA Guidelines, which is intended to help Americans choose a healthful eating plan. It is researched and evidence-based program that has proven success in weight management and building a healthy lifestyle.
The cost for the 12-week program is $40, which includes all course materials. Online registration is due by Jan. 7. The online course begins Jan. 8. For more information, or to register for the classes, visit https://stepupsscaledown.org.
