The Texas Coalition for Animal Protection will be providing a low cost spay and neuter transport for Parker County pets.
TCAP is a non-profit organization that provides low cost, preventative animal care to the North Texas community and operates storefront spay and neuter clinics in Denton, Fort Worth, Hurst and Burleson.
Prices for pet sterilization range from $35-$55, and appointments are available for cats and small dogs (under 30 lbs).
TCAP's safe and easy spay and neuter transport will save local residents the time required to drive to one of TCAP’s low cost spay clinics by picking up pets in the Weatherford Albertson’s parking lot May 29 and bringing them back in the same day. This is a convenient opportunity for Parker County residents because there is no added cost for clients who choose to use TCAP’s transports over a physically visiting one of TCAP’s locations.
To learn more about the Texas Coalition for Animal Protection, visit www.texasforthem.org. The transport will pick up scheduled pets between 8-9 a.m. May 29 at the Albertsons on the corner of Fort Worth Highway 181 and Santa Fe Drive. Pet owners can call 940-566-5551 to schedule their pet an appointment for an affordable sterilization performed by an experienced, licensed and caring veterinarian.
