"On 7-16-12 at approximately 0854 hours I, Officer J. Young #80, was dispatched to the area of 900 Santa Fe in reference to an intoxicated subject. When I arrived in the area I noticed a male subject matching the description given by dispatch. I contacted the person as he was walking in the street and noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. The subject identified himself as William Carlisle. Carlisle was in a public place intoxicated and walking down the street creating a danger to himself. Carlisle was arrested and transported to Parker County Jail for

On Monday 7/16/12 at approximately 0934 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a business located in the 900 block of Palo Pinto Street in reference to a theft in progress. The complainant advised the suspect pushed him numerous times attempting to pass by him to leave after the suspect had selected items that were for sale from display and had intentionally walked past all points of sale in an attempt to deprive the owner of his property. Johnny McKee was arrested for Theft under $50 and for Class C Assault-by Physical Contact. The complainant advised McKee intentionally made physical contact with him when he should know that the physical contact would be considered

On Monday 07/16/2012 at about 10:30am Sgt Rudolph #35, was dispatched to 403 Hickory Ln, Animal Shelter, in reference to a Rottweiler type dog that has possible been stolen. On arrival Sgt Rudolph met with the Director of the shelter, Dustin Deel who stated between Wednesday July 11, 2012 noon to Thursday July 12, 2012, noon, unknown person(s) did without the effective consent of the owner entered into a secured kennel and removed an adult female Rottweiler dog to deprive the owner. A report has been made.

Monday 07-16-2012 reporting officer (Hansen) met with complainant who lives in Weatherford, Texas who advised that she had a pair of handcuffs that she used for work at the jail stolen from her residence by a known suspect. She does wish to prosecute. No further information.

On 7-16-12 at approximately 1300 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a Theft call at 1810 Barnett Dr. in reference to a missing backhoe. At approximately 1300 hours I contacted the reporting person, Joni King, by public service. King advised that she wanted to report stolen a John Deer 310 SG Backhoe. A report was made.

Monday 07-16-12 reporting officer (Hansen) talked with a complainant, Jessica Jones who lives in the 900 block of W Spring Weatherford, Texas. She advised a known suspect has used her identifying information to purchase services from Charter Cable Company and Texas Gas Company. She feels there are other things charged to her name. No further information.

On Monday 7/16/12 at approximately 1543 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to investigate a theft in the 900 block of Palo Pinto Street. Officer Stagner met with the complainant, who identified as Gene Burks (w/m 49 y/o). Burks advised a known person intentionally appropriated property belonging to his business with the intent to deprive. Burks advised the value of the property was less than $50 and he desired prosecution.

Monday 07-16-12 reporting officer (Hansen) met with complainant, Vorn Ouk who advised that there is three pieces of jewelry missing from her home located in the 100 block of King Arthur Ct, Weatherford, Texas. There is a known suspect. They do wish to prosecute. No further information.

On July 16, 2012 at approximately 1954HRS, I, Officer Paul Tumlin was dispatched to a report of theft near the 1800 Block of S. Main. Upon arrival I met with the complainant who was identified as Fallon Lawrence, W/F 41 years old. Lawrence told me that at around 1930HRS,Samuel Monroe Canafax unlawfully appropriated property from a business with the intent to deprive them of the property and without the business's consent. The total amount of property taken was $47.64. A theft report was completed. No further inofrmation at this time.

On Monday 07/16/12 at approx. 8:28pm Sgt Laine (R/O) was dispatched to the 1300 block N. Rusk in reference to the possible attempted theft of a motorcycle, a 1999 Kawasaki 1100. Upon arrival R/O met with the complainant/victim Corrina M Mcintire. Mcintire advised that she left her residence at approx. 5:00pm this date to run errands and returned to her residence at approx. 7:45pm this date at which time that she noticed that her husband's Kawasaki motorcycle was laying on its left side on the ground. She advised that when she left her residence at 5:00pm that the bike was parked on the sidewalk in front of their residence approx. 10-12 feet north of where it was now laying on the ground. She advised that the bike is very heavy and she believed someone attempted to possibly steal the bike and dropped it. THe motorcycle sustained approx. $100 damage to the fuel tank as a result of it hitting the ground. Mcintire then advised that two items were stolen from the back yard of her residence. Her husbands mountain bike and her sons bike with a combined value of approx. $400. She advised both bikes were leaning against the back of the residence near the porch at the time they were taken. She advised that she last saw the two bikes in the back yard at approx. 11:30am this date. Mcintire advised that she did wish to pursue charges against the person(s) who damaged the Kawasaki motorcycle and

On 07/16/12 at approximately 2223 hours while working patrol, I, Ofc. K. Westendorf observed a white 1999 Ford Explorer fail to signal turn and have to take evasive action to avoid hitting a curb in the 100 block of Fort Worth Hwy. I then observed the same vehicle fail to signal turn in the 100 block of For Worth Hwy again. I conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of E. Spring Street. Upon contact with the driver identified as Sonya Diane Fetterly a white female, 32 years of age I began a DWI investigation. Upon completion of my investigation Ms. Fetterly was placed in custody for operating a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated and with a child passenger under 15 years of age, a state jail felony. Ms. Fetterly was transported and booked into PCSO Jail for DWI with Child Passenger. A report was completed.

On Tuesday, 07-17-2012, I (Officer J. Richard) and Officer J. Shelley were dispatched to the 2100 block of Tin Top Rd. Weatherford, Texas in reference to a disturbance. While on scene at the disturbance, I observed two male subjects in front of a closed business in the same area as the disturbance. I made contact with the two subjects who were identified as Brian K Case and Robert D Welch. Both subjects were in a public place while intoxicated to the degree that they may endanger themselves and/or others. Case and Welch were arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to Parker County Jail."
