"On Saturday July 14, 2012 at approx 1702hrs Reporting Officer, A. Taylor #46, was dispatched to 1836 S. Main St Weatherford Tx 76086, in reference to a shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival Reporting Officer learned Charles Andrew Delarosa had unlawfully appropriated $248.50 worth of merchandise without the consent of the business. Delarosa also provided a false or fictitious name to Reporting Officer. Delarosa was arrested for Theft $50-$500 and Fail to ID Give False/Fictitious Name. Delarosa was placed in the Parker County Jail.
On Saturday, 07/14/12 at approximately 7:00 p.m., I, Officer McCrory #81 was dispatched to a business located in the 1800 block of S Main in reference to a theft. Dispatch advised three subjects had just stolen some items belonging to the business and left on foot. I arrived on scene and was able to locate one of the subjects, Samantha Tolen. The complainant advised Tolen stole several food items; valued at $12.71 with the intent to deprive the owner of the property and without the owner's effective consent. Tolen was arrested and released with a citation for theft under $50. A
On July 14, 2012, at approximately 2205 hrs, I, Officer Tessa Vick, was dispatched to a restaurant in the 1900 block of Martin in reference to a hit-and-run accident. Upon arriving, I met with Tracey Zak who stated that sometime between 1830 hrs and 2200 hrs, her vehicle, a 2009 Buick Enclave SUV, had been struck and damaged while it was unattended. I observed the vehicle to have damage to most of the left side that appeared to have been caused by a collision with another vehicle. Zak stated that the unknown person(s) who struck her vehicle did not provide her with the information required upon striking an unattended vehicle. A report was taken for Duty on Striking an Unattended Vehicle."
