From the Weatherford Police Department
"On Wednesday July 11, 2012 at about 21:46 reporting officer (Vinson #26) was dispatched to a fight call in the 100 block of IH 20 W. Upon arrival officers determined that one of the subjects involved left the scene. The subject, Guillermo Molina W-M 11-15-1993, was located in the 1900 block of S Main St. Molina, a minor, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Guillermo Molina was cited and arrested for Minor in Consumption.
On 7-12-12 at approximately 0721 hours I, Officer J. Young #80, was dispatched to the 2300 block of Fort Worth Hwy in reference to a criminal mischief. Upon my arrival I contacted the reportee Paul Simpson. Simpson told me that a window on the east side of his business had been broken out some time between 1730 hours on 7-11-12 and 0700 on 7-12-12. Simpson did not see anything missing from inside or outside the store. A criminal mischief report was made.
07-12-12 Cpl. Wright was dispatched to a business in the 1800 block of S Main St. in reference to a theft. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with employee Amy Whelchel. Whelchel advised that at approximately 9:20am this morning, an unknown white male in his twenties, placed $42.00 worth of grocery product in a cart and passed through all points of sale without attempting to pay for the items. The unknown suspect ran on foot from the location after loss prevention made contact with him at the front of the business. A report was made.
On 07/12/2012 at approximately 1555 hours, I, Officer T Seaton (#82) was dispatched to Weatherford PD Lobby, in reference to theft. Upon arrival I made contact with Amy Whelchel (Asset Protection for a retailer). She stated that on 06/12/2012 and 06/192012, two unknown black males entered the business, located in the 1800 block of S Main St, Weatherford, Texas, and was refunded a total of $712.40 in un-purchased merchandise. A theft report was made.
CFS 12000214 On 07/12/2012 at approximately 1558 hours, I, Officer T Seaton (#82) was dispatched to Weatherford Police Department Lobby, in reference to theft. Upon arrival I made contact with Amy Welchel (Asset Protection Associate). She stated that on 06/13/2012 at approximately 1605 hours, a unknown black male left with approximately $297.00 in cash from a business located in the 1800 block of S Main, Weatherford, Texas. A theft report was made.
1200015233 On 07.12.2012 at approximately 1700hrs, reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 1106 W park St n reference to drugs. Upon arrival the reportee Regina Songer advised an employee had left a canister filled with a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and some form of prescription drugs. A report was taken.
At approximately 18:40 hours on 07/12/2012, Reporting Officer J.Shelley - 63 was dispatched to the 400 block of W. Water to meet with complainant regarding credit/debit card abuse. Complainant advised that between the hours of 12:39 and 13:48, unknown person(s) had used his Omni-American Visa debit card without his consent to make purchases in Los Angeles, CA and Beverly Hills, CA totalling $187.49. A report for credit/debit card abuse was taken.
At approximately 22:54 hours on 07/12/2012, Reporting Officers J.Shelley - 63 and K. Westendorf - 65 were dispatched to the 1100 block of Kay Dr. regarding burglary of a habitation. Upon arrival, I met with complainant 40 y/o Jana Hand who advised that sometime between the hours of 13:00 and 23:00 on 07/12/2012 unknown person(s) broke a window in the back room of her house and possibly made entry. Officers searched the house and determined no one was inside. Complainant then walked through the house with Officers to determine if anything had been taken. Complainant advised that there was possibly some clothing missing that belonged to her ex-boyfriend who had been banished from the residence earlier in the week. A report for burglary of a habitation was taken.
On July 12, 2012 at approximately 2340hrs, Officer Bramow, Officer Tumlin and I (Corporal Goff) with the Weatherford Police Department were dispatched to the area of the 1100blk S. Brazos in reference to an unknown large white male harassing the caller and the caller's daughter. The caller also added that the large white male was also yelling at another group of women and asking them if they were police officers. Upon the officers arrival to the area they made contact with the white male who was in possession of a small American Flag and talking to himself. During the contact it was determined that the suspect's name was Tommy Joe Hunt (32yo W/M). During the contact it was determined that Hunt had just stolen the small American flag from of the ground in front of a business in the 300 blk of W. Anderson in Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. The night manager of the business stated that the business did wish to file criminal charges on Hunt. The night manager stated that the flag had a value of $10.00. Hunt was read his Miranda Warning and admitted to stealing the flag out of the yard and that it gave him a rush. The flag was released back to the owner and Hunt was taken to the Parker County Jail. At the Jail, Hunt was booked in for Theft under $50.00 enhanced with a prior conviction of theft (Class B). A report was made."
