The 68th Annual Parker County Frontier Days Rodeo is June 10-13.
Cowgirls of Hope will be performing, with great bands lined up each night. Tickets are $12 adults, kids 6-11 $6, under 5 and active military/veterans (w/ ID) free. Tickets can be purchased at the gate or at Weatherford Chamber of Commerce prior to the event.
Performances are at 7:30 each evening at the Parker County Sheriff’s Posse. The parade is June 10 at 5 p.m. in downtown Weatherford.

The 3rd Annual Texas Hold'Em Tournament will be Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Parker County SHeriff's Posse, 2251 Mineral Wells Highway in Weatherford. The Buffet Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. with the tournament beginning at 7:30 p.m. There will be over $5000.00 in prizes. Player tickets at the door are $100. Spectator tickets at the door are $30. The Parker County Sheriff’s Posse will host their 51st annual trail ride to Mineral Wells beginning at 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 12.
The trail ride is open to all riders free of charge including the noon meal in Millsap near Walden’s Farm & Ranch Center. The ride will arrive in Millsap around noon and conclude in Mineral Wells around 3 p.m.
Riders must sign a liability waiver and present their Coggins Negative test certificate on their horse. No double riding is permitted and all riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult parent or sponsor.
This event started in 1960 under then Posse Captain, Boley Pearson, and has been a traditional event each and every year since.
