Willow Park’s annual Parkfest celebration will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20. Live music is planned all day, as well as games for the kids and barbecue.

The City of Willow Park will celebrate ParkFest 2011 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22 at the Community Center grounds on Ranch House Road. Live music will feature Ryan Turner, Rocky Lott, Evenfold, and Joe, Eric and Friends. A second stage will feature a variety of acts and concessions will be sold by the Willow Park Fire Dept. More than 40 arts and crafts vendors will be at the festival.

The City of Willow Park will hold a brief Memorial Day program Monday, May 30 at 10:30 a.m. at the Veteran's Memorial Park at City Hall on Ranch House Road. Refreshments will follow inside. In case of rain, the program will be moved inside to the council chamber room. The public is invited.
