Aledo High School
The plan to televise the Aledo-Timber Creek game on Thursday has now been changed to a tape delay which will be shown on the FIOS on-demand channel starting on Tuesday.
The start time for the Aledo-Timber Creek football game on Thursday, Sept. 22 has been modified to 7:04 p.m. at Keller ISD Stadium.
The unusual start time may be due to the game being televised, although that has also changed. Originally, the game was slated to appear on one of the ESPN channels.
However, due to the Longhorn Network being forced to cancel televising high school football games, the Aledo-Timber Creek game will now appear on a Verizon FIOS channel.
In addition, updates will be provided throughout the game at www.community-news.com.
