District 6-5A basketball and soccer action for Aledo High School is on tap today with three of the squads traveling and one team at home.
The lone Aledo home game will be at 7:30 p.m. at Bearcat Stadium when the Bearcats soccer team hosts Eaton. The Ladycats will face Eaton at 7:30 p.m. at Eaton High School.
In girls' basketball, the Ladycats find themselves one game out of second place and hope to get closer to the top of the standings when they travel to Brewer. The Ladycats would sweep the season series with a win. The game tips off at 6 p.m.
The Bearcats are tied with Boswell for fourth place and face a challenge at second-place Brewer. Brewer won the first meeting between the two squads.
The Bearcats and Bears will tip off following the girls' game at 7:30 p.m. at Brewer.
