Randall Alan Young

Randall Alan Young, 61, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 at a Fort Worth Hospital. Randall was born January 11, 1955 in Weatherford to Lon and Jody Young. He was the CEO of Parker County Hospital District, a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, Weatherford Noon Lions Club, and the First United Methodist Church. Randall served his community in many ways, including as president of the Weatherford Economic Development Board, former director on the Parker County United Way Board, as an Ex Officio member Weatherford Chamber of Commerce board, as a director on Parker County Animal Shelter Board, and numerous boards and committees. He was preceded in death by his father Lon Wesley Young. Randall is survived by his wife, Jonna Young of Weatherford, son, Tyler Young and wife Lori of Prosper, daughter, Carrie Elizabeth Young, of Weatherford, brother, Yale Young and wife Shannon of Weatherford, mother, Jody Young of Willow Park, Granddaughter, Sallie Harper Young, a grandson due to arrive in April, beloved brothers- and sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews. A memorial service was scheduled for 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8 at Northside Baptist Church in Weatherford. Services in care of Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Home.
