TXU Energy Signs Electricity Contracts with Dozens of Cities in First Half of 2016

Dallas,Texas (PR MediaRelease) June 23, 2016 - TXU Energy has tailored contracts for about two dozen Texas cities since January, meeting their unique needs and giving them long-term budget certainty. “One of our goals this year has been to help more city managers and other local government leaders capture the value of getting competitive bids directly from strong retail electricity providers or through reputable brokers,” said Gabe Castro, vice president of business for TXU Energy.
