Twenty nine inducted into Aledo High School Tri-M Honor Society

The Aledo High School chapter of the Tri-M Music Honor Society inducted 29 musicians today. The AHS Chapter is part of the national program, National Association for Music Education, which is in its 80th year. Tri-M stands for Modern Music Masters.

Today's inductees are: Jayme Atkinson, Julia Barkell, Alex Bobalik, Madison Boltwood, Bethany Coughlin, Matthew Delorenzo, Christian Gaffner, Jake Green, Shane Green, Heath Hampton, Alyssa Hickerson, Katie Holland, Jonathan Holland, Margeaux Johnson, Mia King, Sarah Beth Lane, Samantha Manning, Robin Marshall, Cassidy Martin, Betsy Martinez, Matt Miller, Abigail Mitchell, Michaela Mott, Bradley Robinson, Theresa Ruflin, Joey Ruflin, Blake Smith, Jori Smith and Blaine Tatum.

The Tri-M Music Honor Society focuses on creating future leaders in music education and music advocacy. The AHS chapter is one of more than 1,700 chapters across 50 states. Students contribute service hours to their school and local communities, demonstrating exceptional service and leadership.
