Weatherford/Parker County Animal Shelter is holding a "Kitten Special" Thursday, May 26, through Saturday, May 28. Adopt one friend, get one free during the special. Adoption fee included spay/neuter, core vaccinations plus rabies, as well as a Home Again Microchip. Adoption hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Wednesday and Friday 11 a.m.-6 p.m. The Weatherford/Parker County Animal Shelter is located at 403 Hickory Lane in Weatherford and can be contacted at 817-598-4111.
