Thomas "Trace" Hicks III earns Motorola Scholarship

Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler presents the Motorola Scholarship to Thomas "Trace" Hicks III, on behalf of the Sheriffs' Association of Texas. Hicks is the son of Hudson Oaks Police Cpl. Thomas B. Hicks, (pictured left), and the grandson of Weatherford Police Lt. Ray Moss. The scholarship is awarded to Trace Hicks for the spring semester as he majors in Music Business at Dallas Baptist University in Dallas. The scholarship is provided by the Motorola Foundation and managed by the Sheriffs' Association of Texas.
