The AHS choir won Sweepstakes at the UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Contest this week. The award is extra special because the group consists of more than 90 percent freshman and sophomores competing at the varsity level, which is usually made up of upperclassmen. Director Karen Paul said it was an awesome performance.
